25G针单次腰麻在剖宫产手术中的应用

Application of 25G needle single secondary spinal anesthesia in cesarean section

目的:探讨25G针单次腰麻在剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法:收治剖宫产产妇50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组行腰硬联合麻醉,观察组行25G针单次腰麻,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果:观察组的麻醉时间和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:25G针单次腰麻在剖宫产中具有较好的应用效果,具有麻醉迅速、镇痛效果好和不良反应少等优点,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of 25 G needle single secondary spinal anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods:50 maternal with cesarean section were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each.The control group were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia,and the observation group were given 25 G needle single spinal anesthesia,then we compared two groups of anesthetic effect.Results:In the observation group,the anesthesia time and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of 25 G needle single secondary spinal anesthesia in cesarean section was good.It had many advantages,such as rapid anesthesia,good analgesic effect,less adverse reactions and so on.The safety was higher.
