超声影像诊断胆囊切除术后胆囊残余病变的价值分析

Value analysis of ultrasonic image in the diagnosis of residual gallbladder lesions after cholecystectomy

目的:探讨超声影像诊断胆囊切除术后胆囊残余病变的临床价值。方法:收治胆囊切除术患者20例,使用超声影像对患者的胆囊残余病变进行诊断和分析。结果:20例患者在术后均出现胆囊相关症状,其中1例合并胆总管结石。结论:超声影像应作为胆囊切除术后排查胆囊残余病变的检查方法,在胆囊切除术后胆囊残余病变的诊断中获得较好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic image in the diagnosis of residual gallbladder lesions after cholecystectomy.Methods:20 patients with cholecystectomy were selected.The residual gallbladder lesions of patients were given diagnosis and analysis by using ultrasonic image.Results:20 patients all appeared gallbladder related symptoms after operation,including 1 case was common bile duct stones.Conclusion:Ultrasonic image should be used as an inspection method to inspection screen residual gallbladder lesions after cholecystectomy.It obtains a better clinical effect in the diagnosis of residual gallbladder lesions after cholecystectomy.
