穴位贴敷结合辨证施护治疗心律失常的临床观察

Clinical observation of acupoint application combined with dialectical nursing in the treatment of arrhythmia

目的:探讨穴位贴敷结合辨证施护治疗心律失常的疗效。方法:收治心律失常患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴敷及辨证施护,比较两组的护理效果。结果:穴位贴敷结合辨证施护对主要症状改善程度较好,观察组总有效率94.87%,对照组总有效率84.62%,P<0.05。结论:穴位贴敷结合辨证施护对心律失常主要症状的改善程度较好,可应用于心律失常的治疗。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with dialectical nursing in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:78 patients with cardiac arrhythmias were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given acupoint application combined with dialectical nursing on the basis of the control group,then we compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:The improvement degree of acupoint application combined with dialectical nursing for main symptoms was good.In the observation group,37 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 94.87% ;in the control group,19 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 84.62%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The improvement degree of acupoint application combined with dialectical nursing for main symptoms of arrhythmia was good.It can be used in the treatment of arrhythmia.
