优质护理的胸外科肿瘤患者的主观幸福感和生活质量研究

Study on subjective well being and quality of life in tumor patients with high quality nursing care in thoracic surgery

目的:探讨优质护理的胸外科肿瘤患者的主观幸福感和生活质量。方法:收治肿瘤患者78例,随机分为参照组和研究组,参照组给予基础护理,研究组给予优质护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:在研究组,护理有效率、主观幸福感指数、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能和物质生活状态评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理胸外科肿瘤患者的临床效果显著,可以有效提高患者的主观幸福感和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the subjective well being and quality of life in tumor patients with high quality nursing care in thoracic surgery.Methods:78 tumor patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the research group.The reference group were given basic care,and the research group were given high quality nursing,then we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the research group,the scores of nursing efficiency,subjective well-being index,psychological function,social function,physical function and material living condition were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of high quality nursing care for tumor patients in thoracic surgery was significant.It can effectively improve the patient's subjective well-being and quality of life.
