老年糖尿病、高血压合并脑梗死患者的护理分析

Nursing analysis of elderly patients with diabetes,hypertension and cerebral infarction

目的:探讨综合护理措施在护理老年糖尿病、高血压合并脑梗死患者时的临床疗效。方法:收治老年糖尿病、高血压合并脑梗死患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的护理满意度95%,明显高于对照组的80%(P<0.05);观察组的住院天数明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理老年糖尿病、高血压合并脑梗死患者时,应用综合护理措施,不仅能明显提高患者对护理工作的满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生,还能明显缩短患者的住院天数,减轻患者的经济负担。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes,hypertension and cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with diabetes,hypertension and cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing,then we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,nursing satisfaction of 95% was significantly higher than 80% of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes,hypertension and cerebral infarction not only can significantly improve the patient satisfaction with nursing work,and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,but it also can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the economic burden of patients.
