护理应急预案在产后大出血护理中的应用

Application of nursing emergency project in postpartum hemorrhage nursing

目的:探讨护理应急预案在产后大出血护理的效果。方法:收治产后大出血患者70例,按数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予常规急救类护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予针对性护理,观察两组应用效果。结果:护理后,观察组总体健康评分高于对照组,且止血、手术与住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理应急预案在产后大出血护理中效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing emergency project in postpartum hemorrhage nursing.Methods:70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each according to the number table method.The control group was given conventional emergency nursing.The observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.The application effects of two groups were observed.Results:After nursing,the total health score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the hemostasis,operation and hospital time were significantly less those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing emergency project in postpartum hemorrhage nursing has a significant effect.
