Related progress of RP-IPAA in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性、难治性疾病,近年发病率呈上升趋势。难治性远端溃疡性结肠炎对多数药物敏感性较低,无法达到很好的治疗效果。适时、正确的手术治疗方式不仅可以治愈溃疡性结肠炎,而且可以明显减少术后并发症。全结直肠切除-回肠储袋肛管吻合术(RP-IPAA)安全,可降低手术并发症发生率,为溃疡性结肠炎患者,尤其是难治性远端溃疡性结肠炎患者提供了一个良好的选择治疗方式。

Ulcerative colitis was a kind of chronic and refractory disease and the incidence was on the rise in recent years. Refractoury distal ulcerative colitis had low drug sensitivity,which could not achieve good therapeutic effect.Timely and correct surgical treatment could not cure the ulcerative collapse and only could reduce the postoperative complications significantly. Restorative proctocolectomy with ileal pouchanal anastomosis was safety,which could reduce the incidence of complications and provide one good options of treatment for patients with ulcerative colitis,particularly restorative proctocolectomy with ileal pouchanal anastomosis.
