2012年我院抗菌药物临床应用情况分析

Analysis of the clinical application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital in 2012

目的:了解本院抗菌药物使用情况,为合理应用和管理抗菌药物提供依据。方法:统计本院2012年抗菌药物的构成比、用药频度、日均费用等。结果:本院2012年应用抗菌药物35种,销售金额以及用药频度前3位分别为头孢菌素类、β内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂、喹诺酮类。结论:本院抗菌药物兼顾了高、中、低三个价格层次,以低价格层次抗菌药物种类居多,分布较合理。

Objective:To understand the usage of antibacterial drugs in our hospital,in order to provide the basis for rational use and management of antimicrobial agents.Methods:Statistics the composition ratio,the frequency of drug use,and the daily cost of the antibacterial drugs in our hospital in 2012.Results:A total of 35 kinds of antimicrobial drug were used in our hospital in 2012.The top three sales amount and frequency of drug use of durgs were cephalosporins,the beta lactamase inhibitor compound preparation and quinolones.Conclusion:The antibacterial drugs in our hospital contain with high,medium and low price level,and most of which are low price,and its distribution is reasonable.
