摘要
目的:探讨开颅显微手术治疗颅脑外伤出血的临床治疗效果。方法:收治颅脑外伤出血患者40例,回顾性分析其治疗方法及结果。结果:采用ADL评定标准,40例患者中存活36例(90.00%),死亡4例(10.00%)。结论:开颅显微手术治疗颅脑外伤出血,血肿清除彻底,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of craniotomy microsurgery on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:40 patients with craniocerebral trauma hemorrhage were selected,then we analyzed their treatment method and results retrospectively.Results:With ADL standard,among all of those 40 cases,there 36 cases(90%) were survived,4 cases(10%)were death.Conclusion:Craniotomy microsurgery in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can clean out hematoma completly,so it has a certain clinical value.
