宫颈上皮内瘤变临床治疗方案及效果初评

Evaluation of clinical treatment plan and effect of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的:探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变的有效治疗方法。方法:收治宫颈上皮内瘤变患者100例为试验组,行宫颈环形电切术,同时,收治患者100例为对照组,行宫颈椎切术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组切口愈合时间、术中出血量和手术时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床治疗中,采用超高频电波刀宫颈椎切术具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the effective treatment for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:100 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected as the experimental group.They were given cervical loop electrosurgical excision.At the same time,100 patients were selected as the control group,and they were given cervical cone excision.We compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:In the experimental group,the wound healing time,the amount of bleeding and operation time were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,the use of ultra high frequency electric wave knife cervical cone resection had better clinical effect.
