摘要
目的:探讨干扰素治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将88例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上经干扰素治疗。结果:观察组临床疗效与心电图疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿病毒性心肌炎经干扰素治疗预后效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interferon in treatment of viral myocarditis in children.Methods:88 cases of children with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional treatment.The observation group were given interferon treatment based on the conventional treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy and the ECG curative effect of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of interferon in treatment of children with viral myocarditis is good.
