摘要
目的:探讨非手术治疗外伤性脾破裂的临床效果。方法:收治外伤性脾破裂患者68例,所有患者均经非手术治疗。结果:保守治疗成功率97.1%,出院前,所有患者脾脏形态结构基本正常。结论:对于治疗外伤性脾破裂要根据患者的病情,选择治疗方法,在能够保留脾脏的情况下采取非手术治疗,临床疗效也是比较满意的。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of non operative treatment on traumatic splenic rupture.Methods:68 patients with traumatic splenic rupture were selected.All of them were given non operative treatment.Results:The success rate of conservative treatment was 97.1%,and the morphology and structure of spleen were normal in all patients before discharge.Conclusion:In the treatment of traumatic rupture of spleen,we should choose the treatment in accordance with the patient's condition.Take non operation treatment in the case of the spleen can be reserved,and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory relatively.
