盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎160例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the treatment of 160 cases with infantile bronchitis

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收治小儿支气管肺炎患儿320例,随机分成两组。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组加用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间和住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis.Methods:320 cases of children with infantile bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given ambroxol hydrochloride treatment,the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation therapy,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The cooling time,cough disappeared time,rales disappeared time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis had significant effect.
