大肠杆菌检验方法的探究与分析

Exploration and analysis of the method for the inspection of escherichia coli

目的:探讨不同检验方法对大肠杆菌检出率的影响。方法:分别采用一次离心法、二次离心法、离心-滤膜法、离心-双重滤膜法检测模型药物呋喃唑酮片的大肠杆菌,观察检出率。结果:一次离心法:胆盐乳糖增菌液略显浑浊,无气体产生,伊红美蓝琼脂培养基无菌落长出;二次离心法和离心-滤膜法:胆盐乳糖增菌液澄清且无气体产生,伊红美蓝琼脂培养基无菌落长出;离心-双重滤膜法:胆盐乳糖增菌液浑浊且有气体产生,伊红美蓝琼脂培养基可观察到明显的菌落。结论:与其他方法相比,离心-双重滤膜法对大肠杆菌的检出率较高,同时操作更加简便。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different test methods on the detection rate of escherichia coli.Methods:One centrifugal method,two centrifugal method,the centrifugal filtration membrane method and the centrifugal double filtration membrane method were used to detect the escherichia coli in furazolidone tablet.Results:In one centrifugal method,the increasing bacterial liquid of bile salt lactose was slightly turbid,and there was no gas,culture medium of eosin methylene blue agar had no bacterial colony length.In two centrifugal method and the centrifugal filtration membrane method,the increasing bacterial liquid of bile salt lactose was clear,and there was no gas,culture medium of eosin methylene blue agar had no bacterial colony length.In the centrifugal double filtration membrane method,the increasing bacterial liquid of bile salt lactose was turbid,and there was gas,culture medium of eosin methylene blue agar had obvious colony.Conclusion:Compared with other methods,the detection rate of the centrifugal double filtration membrane method for escherichia coli was high,and the operation was more convenient.
