前后联合入路内固定治疗TileC型骨盆骨折的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of patients with Tile C type pelvic fracture treated by internal fixation throught combined anterior and posterior approach

目的:探讨Tile C型骨盆骨折在围手术期的护理方法与护理效果。方法:收治经后路腰-骶-骨盆固定系统联合前路重建钢板治疗的Tile C型骨盆骨折患者23例;经应用加速康复外科护理理念,积极采取护理干预措施,预防压疮、深静脉血栓、便秘、切口感染等发生。结果:经过精心术前和术后护理,除有伤口浅部感染1例,伤口深部感染1例外,其余患者均未产生并发症。结论:注重前后路手术治疗Tile C型骨盆骨折围手术期护理的特殊性是促进患者康复和减少并发症的有力保证。

Objective:To investigate the nursing methods and effect of patients with Tile C type pelvic fracture in the perioperative period.Methods:23 patients with Tile C type pelvic fracture treated by posterior lumbar sacral pelvic fixation system combined with anterior reconstruction plate.Appling of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing concept,we took active nursing interventions to prevent pressure sores,deep venous thrombosis,constipation,wound infection and so on.Results:There were 1 case of wound superficial infection,1 case of deep infection,the other patients with no complications after the preoperative and postoperative nursing.Conclusion:Attention to the special nature of perioperative nursing for patients with Tile C type pelvic fractures treated by anterior and posterior surgical procedures,which is strong guarantee to promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the complications.
