清开灵注射液保留灌肠治疗黄疸型肝炎疗效观察及护理体会

The observation of the curative effect and nursing experience of Qing Kai Ling injection retention enema in treatment of jaundice hepatitis

目的:探讨清开灵注射液保留灌肠治疗黄疸型肝炎的临床效果。方法:收治黄疸型肝炎患者62例,分为清开灵灌肠组(治疗组28例)和清开灵静脉用药组(对照组34例)。比较两组疗效。结果:两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总不良反应率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清开灵治疗黄疸型肝炎,其灌肠疗法和静脉用药相比,效果相当,且不良反应少,操作技术符合护理专业要求,安全可行。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qing Kai Ling injection retention enema in the treatment of jaundice hepatitis.Methods:62 patients with icteric hepatitis were selected,they were divided into the Qing Kai Ling enema group(the treatment group with 28 cases) and Qing Kai Ling injection intravenous medication group(the control group with 34 cases).The effect of two groups was compared.Results:The difference of the effect rate of two groups was not sinificant(P>0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qingkailing in treating icteric hepatitis,the enema therapy compared with intravenous medication,the effect is quite,and the adverse reaction is little,the operation technology to meet the requirements of nursing profession,and it is safe and feasible.
