摘要
目的:随着人口老龄化和医学模式的转变,以及社区基层卫生服务工作的深入发展,全科医学和全科医学教育的重要性日益明显。本文回顾我国全科医学发展历史,对我国全科医疗服务和全科医师培养的现状进行了归纳和总结,结合杭州市开展的"医养护一体化服务"政策,提出发展有中国特色的全科医学模式可能遇到的问题及应对策略的思考。
Due to the ageing of the population and the transforming of medical science mode,also along with the developing of social basic health service,the importance of general practice and accompanying education was increasingly evident.The paper summed up the present condition of general practice service and general practitioners education in China based on the study of medical science history from China,proposed and problems and relevant measures within building general practice mode with Chinese characteristic combining with the developing of the policy which named ‘Medical-recuperate integrated service’ in Hangzhou.
