摘要
目的:探讨早期肠内营养支持在食管癌术后的安全性和实用价值。方法:收治食管癌患者76例,根据不同的术后营养支持方法分为两组,各38例。肠内营养组给予早期肠内营养,静脉营养组给予全静脉营养支持。比较两组患者术后并发症、恢复情况,检测手术后生化指标。结果:肠内营养组术后并发症发生率明显低于静脉营养组(P<0.05),肠内营养组术后肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门排气、排便时间明显短于静脉营养组(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养对食管癌患者术后是安全、有效的。
Objective:To explore the security and practical value of early enteral nutrition support after esophagus cancer surgery. Methods:76 patients with esophagus cancer were selected.They were divided into two groups with 38 cases in each according to the different postoperative nutritional support methods.The enteral nutrition group were given early enteral nutrition.The venous nutrition group were given total parenteral nutrition support.The postoperative complications and recovery of two groups were compared.The postoperative biochemical parameters were detected.Results:The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the enteral nutrition group was significantly lower than that of the parenteral nutrition group(P<0.05).The postoperative bowel sound recovery time, anus exhaust,defecation time of the enteral nutrition group were significantly shorter than those of the parenteral nutrition group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition is safe and effective for the patients with esophagus cancer.
