Clinical features and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias in the department of geriatrics

目的:研究老年病科心律失常临床特征及治疗。方法:收治心律失常患者100例,随机分两组,各50例,研究组在对照组的常规治疗上采用比索洛尔治疗方法,对比两组心律失常患者的临床特征和治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率80%,高于对照组的62%(P<0.05)。结论:采用比索洛尔治疗方法对老年病科心律失常的临床治疗效果明显。

Objective:To research the clinical features and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias in the department of geriatrics.Methods:100 patients with cardiac arrhythmias were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each.The research group on the base of the control group were given conventional treatment with bisoprolol treatment.We compared two groups of patients with arrhythmia clinical features and therapeutic effect.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 80%higher than that of the control group of 62%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of bisoprolol treatment for cardiac arrhythmias is outstanding.
