传统结合改良术式在大隐静脉曲张中的应用及体会

Application and experience of traditional combined with improved operation method in great saphenous vein varices

目的:探讨传统结合改良术式在大隐静脉曲张中的应用及疗效。方法:收治大隐静脉曲张患者45例,采用传统结合改良术式治疗,观察疗效。结果:45例患者皆顺利恢复出院,无并发症发生,随访1~2年,无1例复发。结论:传统结合改良术临床疗效确切、肯定。

Objective:To explore the application and curative effect of traditional combined with improved operation method in great saphenous vein varices.Methods:45 patients with great saphenous vein varices were selected.They were given traditional combined with improved operation.The curative effect was observed.Results:45 cases smoothly left hospital,with no postoperative complications.Followed up 1 to 2 years,there was no recurrence.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of traditional combined with improved operation is definite and sure.
