丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

Application of sufentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼的麻醉效果。方法:将腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼麻醉,对照组给予丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉。结果:观察组术后苏醒、自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、定向力恢复时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉效果满意,并发症较少。

Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of application of propofol combined with sufentanil in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:80 patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The observation group was given propofol combined with sufentanil anesthesia.The control group was given propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia.Results:The postoperative recovery,spontaneous breathing recovery time,eye opening time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of sufentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has satisfactory anesthetic effect,and the complication is less.
