骨科熥药联合骶管点药治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation radiculitis

目的:探讨在治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎过程中应用骨科熥药联合骶管点药方法的疗效。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎患者130例,随机分为两组,各65例。对比组采用单纯骶管点药治疗方法;研究组应用骨科熥药联合骶管点药的治疗方法。记录、分析疼痛指数。结果:研究组疼痛指数下降趋势明显优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:采用骨科熥药联合骶管点药的治疗方法能够有效提升腰椎间盘突出患者的治疗效果,提高患者预后的生活质量。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation radiculitis.Methods:130 patients with lumbar disc herniation radiculitis were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 65 cases.The comparison group were treated with simple sacral canal therapy,and the research group were treated with orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine.The pain index was recorded and analyzed.Results:The pain index of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of orthopedics of Tong medicine combined with sacral canal medicine for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation radiculitis is outstanding.It can improve the quality of life of patients.
