摘要
本文回顾性分析1例再次服用利福平致血小板减少的病例,总结临床应用经验。抗结核药物治疗过程中可能出现药物性血小板减少,应密切观察,对出现血小板减少患者,及时停用利福平,积极给予激素、丙种球蛋白和补充血小板治疗。
This paper retrospectively analyzes 1 case of again taking rifampicin induced thrombocytopenia,summarizes the experience of clinical application. The antituberculosis drugs may appear drug-induced thrombocytopenia during treatment.It should close observation.The patients with thrombocytopenia are given timely discontinuation of rifampin,actively given hormone,gamma globulin and platelet supplementation treatment.
