VSD技术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的护理观察

Nursing observation of VSD technology in the treatment of open tibia and fibula fracture combined with soft tissue defect

目的:探讨持续负压引流技术(VSD)治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的临床疗效和护理措施。方法:收治胫腓骨开放性骨折合并软组织缺损患者39例,对所有患者均给予清创、外固定联合VSD技术治疗,通过创面、引流管、疼痛、饮食等护理措施及指导功能锻炼,观察患者术后临床疗效。结果:39例患者创面完全愈合,无相关并发症及功能障碍的发生,平均愈合时间(23.61±11.73)d。结论:VSD技术治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折合并软组织缺损,可有效促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,促进患肢的康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and nursing measures of continuous negative pressure drainage technology(VSD) in the treatment of open tibia and fibula fracture combined with soft tissue defect.Methods:39 patients with open tibia and fibula fracture combined with soft tissue defect were selected.All patients were given debridement,external fixation combined with VSD technique treatment.Through the nursing measures such as wound,drainage tube, pain,diet and guiding function exercise,the postoperative clinical curative effects of patients were observed.Results:The wounds of 39 patients healed completely.The patients had no occurrence of related complications and dysfunction.The average healing time was(23.61±11.73)days.Conclusion:VSD technology in the treatment of open tibia and fibula fracture combined with soft tissue defect can effectively promote the wound healing,shorten the healing time and promote the recovery of affected limb.
