住院老年精神病患者跌倒的防范与管理

Prevention and management of falls in hospitalized elderly patients with mental illness

目的:探讨综合护理干预措施对住院老年精神病患者跌倒的效果。方法:收治精神病患者1 979例,随机分为两组。对照组给予预防跌倒常规护理措施,观察组采取综合护理干预措施,比较不同的护理干预措施对跌倒发生的影响。结果:采取综合护理干预措施后,60~79岁的老人,观察组跌倒率降低(P<0.05),1级伤害发生明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:采取综合护理干预措施能有效预防和降低住院老年精神病患者跌倒的发生。

Objective:To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures of falls in hospitalized elderly patients with mental illness.Methods:1 979 patients with mental illness were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention measures,then we compared the influence of different nursing interventions on the occurrence of falls.Results:The comprehensive nursing intervention measures,60~79 years old,the observation group decreased the rate of fall(P<0.05),significantly reduced the first level of damage occurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of falls in elderly patients with mental illness.
