老年患者静脉留置针并发症20例的原因分析及护理对策

Causes analysis and nursing countermeasures of venous indwelling needle complications in 20 cases of elderly patients

目的:本文对静脉留置针并发症的原因及护理对策进行探讨。静脉留置针操作简单,保留时间长,易于固定,对血管损伤小,方便于临床。在行常规静脉留置针操作时,应注意观察患者及静脉留置针可能出现的并发症。另外,应严格无菌操作,加强输液过程的巡视,以减少并发症的发生,提高护理工作质量。

In this paper,the author discusses the causes and nursing countermeasures of venous indwelling needle complications. The venous indwelling needle has simple operation,long retention time,easy fixation,small vascular injury,and it is convenient in clinic.When the patients are given conventional intravenous indwelling needle,the possible complications of venous indwelling needle are given close observation.It should have strict aseptic operation,strengthen the inspection tour of transfusion process,to reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of nursing work.
