功率自行车有氧运动疗法对糖尿病防治的效果

Prevention and treatment effect of aerobic exercise therapy such as cycle ergometer for diabetes

目的:探讨功率自行车有氧运动疗法对糖尿病的防治效果。方法:对2型糖尿病患者52例采用功率自行车有氧运动进行治疗,观察患者的血糖及形态指标变化。结果:运动干预后,患者睡眠及自我感觉评分良好,血糖值及形态指标均明显优于干预前。结论:功率自行车有氧运动可改善糖尿病患者的血糖指标,降低其并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the prevention and treatment effect of aerobic exercise therapy such as cycle ergometer for patients with diabetes.Methods:52 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with aerobic exercise therapy such as cycle ergometer,the changes of the patients' blood glucose and morphological index were observed.Results:After the exercise intervention,the patients' sleep and self perception scores was good,the blood glucose and morphological index were significantly better than before intervention.Conclusion:Aerobic exercise therapy such as cycle ergometer could improve the blood glucose index of patients with diabetes and reduce the occurrence of their complications.
