妊娠期糖尿病50例相关因素调查结果分析

Survey result analysis of the related factors of 50 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病的相关因素。方法:收治妊娠期糖尿病孕妇50例,同时收集各项指标正常的孕妇100例为对照组。对所有孕妇均采用自制的妊娠期糖尿病相关因素调查表进行调查。结果:两组在年龄、文化程度、孕期体重、孕周、不孕产史、既往病史、家族史、饮食及活动情况、吸烟或被动吸烟方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在职业、孕前体重、血压方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:年龄、文化程度、孕期体重、孕周、不孕产史、既往病史、家族史、饮食及活动情况、吸烟或被动吸烟是影响妊娠期糖尿病的主要因素。

Objective:To explore the related factors of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:50 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected,at the same time,100 normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.All pregnant women were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire for the gestational diabetes mellitus related factors.Results:The two groups had statistical significance in age,education level,body weight,gestational age,infertility history,past medical history,family history,diet and activities,smoking or passive smoking(P<0.05),the difference in occupation,pre pregnancy weight,blood pressure was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Age,education level,body weight,gestational age,infertility history,past medical history,family history,diet and activities,smoking or passive smoking were the main factors affecting gestational diabetes.
