银质针配合医用臭氧治疗跟痛症的临床观察

Clinical observation of silver needle combined with medical ozone in the treatment of patients with calcaneodynia

目的:观察银质针结合医用臭氧治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将跟痛症患者60例随机平分为两组。对照组采用局部注射治疗,治疗组采用银质针配合臭氧治疗,两组患者的疗程均3周。观察两组患者临床疗效及疼痛程度的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率较对照组有明显升高;治疗组疼痛程度较对照组有明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银质针配合医用臭氧治疗跟痛症能有效缓解疼痛。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of silver needle combined with medical ozone in the treatment of patients with calcaneodynia.Methods:60 patients with calcaneodynia were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients of the control group were treated with local injection,patients of the treatment group were treated with silver needle combined with ozone, the treatment course of the two groups was 3 weeks.We observed the clinical effect and the change of pain degree of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The degree of pain of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Silver needle combined with medical ozone can effectively relieve pain in the treatment of patients with calcaneodynia.
