中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床观察

Clinical observation on integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:收治腹泻患儿90例,按照治疗方法的不同平均分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗,对存在脱水的患儿提供补液和抗感染治疗;观察组在西药治疗的基础上应用中药治疗方法:对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,结果:差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统西药治疗相比,中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:90 cases of diarrhea in children were selected,according to the different treatment methods they were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,for children with dehydration provided rehydration and anti-inflammatory treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese traditional medicine on the basis of Western medicine treatment,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is significant compared with traditional western medicine.
