鱼腥草滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation of Yu Xing Cao eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis in 60 cases

目的:探讨鱼腥草滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的临床效果。方法:将60例急性细菌性结膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予鱼腥草滴眼液,对照组给予氯霉素滴眼液,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:鱼腥草滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎疗效较好,临床应用安全。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yu Xing Cao eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods:60 patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each,the treatment group was given Yu Xing Cao eye drops,the control group was treated with chloramphenicol eye drops,we compared two groups of curative effect.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group with 93.33% was significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Yu Xing Cao eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis was berrer,clinical application was safe.
