凉血解毒汤联合心理干预预防寻常型银屑病复发的效果

The effect of Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with psychological intervention on the prevention of recurrence of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的:探讨凉血解毒汤联合心理干预预防寻常型银屑病复发的效果。方法:选取临床治愈的寻常型银屑病患者100例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予凉血解毒汤预防复发,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预预防复发。随访观察治疗后2年两组患者复发情况、心理状况及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后2年的复发率,PASI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90评分及DLQI评分及中医伴随症状发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血解毒汤联合心理干预可改善寻常型银屑病患者的心理状况,降低复发率,减轻皮损面积及严重程度,减少伴随症状,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with psychological intervention on the prevention of recurrence of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:100 patients with clinical cure of psoriasis vulgaris were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients of rhe control group were given Liangxue Jiedu Decoction in prevention of recurrence,patients of the observation group were given psychological intervention to prevent recurrence based on the control group.The recurrence,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were followed up for 2 years.Results:The recurrence rate,PASI scores,the SAS scores,SDS scores,SCL-90 scores,DLQI scores and the incidence of symptoms in Traditional Chinese Medicine of the observation group after 2 years of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Jiedu decoction combined with psychological intervention can improve the psychological status of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,reduce recurrence rate,reduce the psoriasis area and severity,reduce associated symptoms and improve quality of life.
