中西医结合治疗肾精不足型高血压的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in kidney essence deficiency type hypertension

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾精不足型高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治肾精不足型高血压患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予滋肾填精方配合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对照组给予单用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的证候、血压及降压药物变化情况。结果:治疗组降压临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组改善中医证候明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组降压药物减量率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗效果明显,具有增效、减量、绿色、低毒等优势。

Objective:To observe the curative effect observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in kidney essence deficiency type hypertension.Methods:60 patients with kidney essence deficiency type hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with nourishing kidney essence combined with amlodipine.The control group was treated with amlodipine alone. The changes of symptoms,blood pressure and antihypertensive drugs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The antihypertensive clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine symptoms improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The antihypertensive drug decrement rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment has a significant effect,has the advantages of synergid,decrement,green,low toxicity and so on.
