中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变50例疗效评估报道

Efficacy evaluation report of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 50 cases

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有很好的疗效,可以有效地控制临床的症状,减少患者症状的发病率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was better.It can effectively control the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
