摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT在原发性腹膜后肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法:收治原发性腹膜后肿瘤患者40例,应用螺旋CT机进行扫描检查。结果:良性15例,恶性25例。肿瘤来源位置:胚胎组织4例,神经组织14例,间叶组织来源18例。结论:螺旋CT诊断原发性腹膜后肿瘤定位准确,图像清晰,具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumor.Methods:40patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor were selected,they were treated with spiral CT scans.Results:Among those 40 cases,there 15 cases were benign,the other 25 cases were malignant.Tumor origin:4 cases were derived from embryonic tissue,14 cases from nerve tissue,and 18 cases from mesenchymal tissues.Conclusion:The spiral CT has high clinical diagnostic value in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumor,with accurately locatation and clearly image.
