护理干预对肥胖病患者体重的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on body mass index of obese patients

目的:探讨护理干预对肥胖病患者体重的影响。方法:收治单纯性肥胖患者96例,随机分成观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:经过1年的护理,观察组的体重达标率75%,自我保健率高达98%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肥胖病患者进行护理干预,有助于患者体重的改善和自我保健能力的提升。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on body mass index of obese patients.Methods:96 patients with simple obesity were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 48 cases in each,the control group was given conventional health education,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,we compared the effect of two groups.Results:After 1 year of nursing,in the observation group,the compliance rate of body mass index was 75%,self health care rate was 98%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with obesity can improve the body mass index of the patients and improve self-care ability.
