巧家县结核病分布的流行病学调查分析及防治对策

Investigation,analysis and prevention countermeasures of the tuberculosis distribution epidemiology in Qiaojia county

目的:探讨结核病分布的流行病学调查结果及防治对策。方法:对2 822例结核病患者进行回顾性分析,对其流行病学特征、年龄、性别等情况进行分析。结果:2 822例结核病患者中,初治涂阳1 152例,近6年结核病发现率逐年上升趋势;15~44岁人群发病率最高,其次45~64岁和>65岁,0~14岁最低;男性患者较多,女性患者相对较少。结论:为更好地控制结核病流行,有效防治结核病,应加强加大经费投入力度,提高政府的重视,加强防治结核病相关知识宣传,加强综合医疗机构和结防机构的合作,加强可疑结核患者,特别是对确诊为结核病患者的追踪,规范治疗和管理结核病患者,提高大众对结核病预防的认知程度,防止结核病流行。

Objective:To explore the investigation result and prevention countermeasures of the tuberculosis distribution epidemiology.Methods:2 822 patients with tuberculosis were given retrospectively analyzed.The epidemiological characteristics,age,sex and so on were analyzed.Results:In 2 822 patients with tuberculosis,1 152 cases were initial smear positives.In recent 6years,the discovery rate of tuberculosis was increasing year by year.The incidence rate of 15 to 44 years old was the highest,followed by 45 to 64 years old and over 65 years old,0 to 14 years old was lowest,the male patients were more,the female patients were relatively less.Conclusion:In order to better control the tuberculosis epidemic,effective prevention and treatment of tuberculosis,it should be strengthen enlarging the funds investment,improve the government's attention,strengthen the propaganda of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis related knowledge,strengthen the cooperation of comprehensive medical institutions and TB institutions,strengthen the trace of suspicious tuberculosis patients,especially diagnosis of TB patients,standardized treatment and management of TB patients,improve cognition degree of public for prevention against tuberculosis to prevent tuberculosis epidemic.
