“四自一点评”教学法在临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨"四自一点评"教学法在临床护理教学中的应用价值。方法:选择护理实习生80名,随机分为观察组与对照组各40名,观察组采用"四自一点评"教学法,对照组采取传统教学法,比较两组学生的教学效果和认可程度。结果:观察组的成绩明显优于对照组,观察组的教学方法认可度97.5%,明显优于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。结论:采用"四自一点评"教学法可提高护理学生的主动性、积极性,能够扎实地掌握护理知识、技能。 Objective:To explore the application effect of 'four self and one review' teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods:80 nursing interns were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each,the observation group was given 'four self and one review' teaching method,the control group was given the traditional teaching method,we compared the teaching effect and recognition degree of two groups of students.Results:The score of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the recognition degree of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly better than 72.5% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of 'four self and one review' teaching method can improve the initiative and enthusiasm of nursing students,nursing students can have a solid grasp of nursing knowledge and skills.
