摘要
目的:探讨临床典型病例视频及辅助检查随堂分析在儿科学教学中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2014级临床医学专业本科班A、B两班,B班采用传统的讲授教学方法,A班在B班基础上应用临床典型病例视频及辅助检查随堂分析方法。结果:A班在双向互动、教学民主、启发激励、课堂氛围及专注教学等方面评分明显优于B班(P<0.05),A班学生成绩明显优于B班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床典型病例视频及辅助检查随堂分析应用于儿科学教学具有积极、促进作用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical typical cases of video and auxiliary examination in the teaching of pediatrics.Methods:Two classes of clinical medicine A and B were randomly selected from 2014 classes of clinical medicine,and the traditional teaching method was used in class B,the class A was given the clinical typical cases of video and auxiliary examination analysis method on the basis of B class.Results:The scores of A class in the two-way interaction,the teaching democracy,the inspiration,the classroom atmosphere and the focus of teaching and other aspects were significantly better than that of B class(P<0.05).Class A students' performance was significantly better than that of B class,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical typical cases of video and auxiliary examination analysis is applied to pediatrics teaching has a positive role in promoting.
