窄谱中波紫外线照射联合自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation combined with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo

目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射联合自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:收治稳定期白癜风患者42例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各21例,对照组采用单纯窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,治疗组采用窄谱中波紫外线照射联合自体表皮移植术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线照射联合自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation combined with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:42 patients with steady vitiligo were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 21 cases in each,the control group was treated by simple narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation,the treatment group was treated by narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation combined with autologous epidermal grafting,we compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet irradiation with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo was significant.
