慢性溃疡性结肠炎中医药治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis

目的:观察中医药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者48例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组采用中医药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95.83%,对照组总有效率75.00%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者采用中医药治疗后,临床疗效更显著,用药过程更加安全。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods:48 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.83%,and the control group was 75%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treated on patients with chronic ulcerative colitis has obviously clinical efficacy,and also safe in the process of drug use.
