贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病的可行性及临床价值评述

The feasibility and clinical value of benazepril combined with Tong Xin Luo Capsule in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:收治高血压合并冠心病患者100例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组应用贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,且治疗后的血压下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病患者,具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of benazepril combined with Tong Xin Luo Capsule in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were selected,there were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 50 cases in each group.the control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given benazepril combined with Tong Xin Luo Capsule treatment,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,and the blood pressure drop after treatment was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of benazepril combined with Tong Xin Luo Capsule in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease was significant.
