Nursing experience of digtal subtraction angiography percutaneous radial artery approach

目的:探讨经桡动脉途径行全脑血管造影的相关护理措施。方法:对25例经桡动脉途径行全脑血管造影术患者予有针对性的术前心理护理、术中护理配合、术后预防并发症的护理。结果:25例患者均顺利通过全脑血管造影检查,无并发症发生。结论:恰当的护理是经桡动脉途径行全脑血管造影成功的有力保证。

Objective:To explore the related nursing measures for digtal subtraction angiography percutaneous radial artery approach.Methods:25 cases of patients with digtal subtraction angiography percutaneous radial artery approach were given proper psychological nursing before operation,nursing cooperation during the operation,nursing prevention of postoperative complications. Results:25 cases of patients were successfully passed DSA inspection and no complication occurred.Conclusion:Proper nursing was powerful guarantee for DSA percutaneous radial artery approach.
