精神发育迟滞患者47例院内感染因素分析及对策

Analysis the nosocomial infection factor in 47 patients with mental retardation and find out countermeasures

目的:探讨精神发育迟滞患者院内感染的危险因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:收治精神发育迟滞患者76例,对确诊为院内感染的患者按感染病程、部位等特点进行统计分析。结果:76例精神发育迟滞患者发生院内感染47例;住院时间>3个月的患者发生感染率更高(61.7%);秋冬季节以呼吸系统感染为主,夏季以消化系统感染为主。结论:患者精神发育迟滞程度、季节及住院时间等均会对患者院内感染产生影响,应加强医护人员与住院患者的双重防护措施,以降低院感发生率。

Objective:To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with mental retardation,and propose the corresponding nursing measures.Methods:76 patients with mental retardation were selected.Then analyzed the infection course and location of patients whom were diagnosis of nosocomial infection.Results:A total of 47 patients were diagnosis of nosocomial infection among those 76 patients with mental retardation;hospitalization time,the infection rate of patients with hospitalization duration more than 3 months was higher(61.7%);In the autumn and winter season,respiratory system is the main site of infection, while in the summer is digest system infection.Conclusion:Many factors can influence the nosocomial infection of patients, including the degree of mental retardation,seasonal and length of hospital stay etc,so we should strengthen the double protective measures on medical personnel and patients,in order to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
