血透室护士预防动静脉内瘘针刺伤的方法探讨

Approach to the prevention of needle stab wound in the hemodialysis room nurse

目的:探讨血透室护士预防动静脉内瘘针刺伤的方法。方法:收治行动静脉内瘘透析患者100例,按照数字表法随机分为试验组与常规组各50例,常规组患者予以常规方法处置,试验组患者予以单手回套针帽法处置。结果:试验组护士发生针刺伤次数明显低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者污染床单、污染治疗车、污染地面的次数明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:血透室静脉内瘘透析的患者采用单手回套针帽法处置,可以有效降低护士处置时间,降低护士发生针刺伤率、环境污染情况率。

Objective:To explore the method of preventing the needle stick injury in the hemodialysis room nurses.Methods:100patients with arteriovenous fistula were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group with 50 cases in each according to the digital table method,the routine group were given the conventional disposal methods,the experimental group patients were given single handed back to the needle cap method of disposal.Results:The Number of needle stab wound of the experimental group nurse were significantly lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05);the number of contaminated bed sheets,pollution treatment vehicles and contaminated ground in the experimental group was significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis patients use the single hand needle cap back disposal method in the hemodialysis room,that can reduce the time of nurse disposal effectively,reduce the rate of injury incidence and environmental pollution to the nurse.
