冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者胃饥饿素/肥胖抑制素比值变化及其与冠脉病变的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)/肥胖抑制素(Obestatin)比值变化及其与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法该院心血管内科收治的108例冠心病患者,根据是否合并2型糖尿病分为单纯冠心病组57例与合并糖尿病组51例。测定两组血清Ghrelin、Obestatin水平,采用冠脉狭窄程度(Gensini)积分评估冠脉病变程度,分析Ghrelin/Obestatin比值与冠脉病变程度的相关性。结果合并糖尿病组的Ghrelin/Obestatin比值低于单纯冠心病组,Gensini积分明显高于单纯冠心病组,合并糖尿病组的Ghrelin/Obestatin比值与Gensini积分、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义。结论冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的Ghrelin/Obestatin比值与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,Ghrelin/Obestatin比值有可能作为预测冠心病合并2型糖尿病的预测指标之一。
