摘要
使用EVA材料及PVF复合膜层压封装的非晶硅太阳电池组件,室内光照及户外长期考核试验表明,电池组件性能的衰退主要发生在第一个月内,然后逐渐趋稳定。非晶硅太阳电池封装材料全部实现了国产化。
The amorphous silicon modules encapsulated with EVA lamination process and PVF films for back cover are tested indoors and outdoors. The results show that the initial efficiency of the a-Si module is 5%-6% and appears to stabilize around 4% after one year of outdoor exposure.
