非晶硅太阳电池在弱光条件下的性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过一种简单的太阳电池等效电路对非晶硅太阳电池弱光性能进行了分析,认为串联电阻和并联电阻是影响弱光条件下非晶硅太阳电池填充因子的主要因素,增大并联电阻是改善弱光性能的必要条件。 Using a simplified equivalent circuit, the performance of a-Si solor cell under low illumination was analysed. It is shown that the resistance in parallel is the key factor which affects the a-Si solar cell performance under low illumination.
