用于非晶硅太阳电池的p型a-SiC:H:B窗口材料及其前后界面的研究

THE INVESTIGATION OF P TYPE A-SiC:H:B AS WINDOW MATERIAL OF P-I-N A-Si SOLAR CELL AND ITS INTERFACE PROPERTIES

本文报道了非晶硅p-i-n结构太阳电池窗口材料a-Si C∶H∶B及其前后界面SnO_2膜和本征a-Si∶H膜的研究结果。太阳电池的这三部分与性能参数V_(oc)、I_(sc)和FF直接有关,界面性质在一定程度上也影响太阳电池的稳定性。

In this paper, the results. of research on a-SiC:H:B as window material and interface properties of SnO2/a-SiC:H: B and a-SiC:H: B/a-Si:H are reported. It is shown that the performance parameters Voc, Isc and FF of solar cell are closely related with characteristics mentioned above.
