摘要
出水部分回流的两相厌氧消化工艺处理豆制品废水工艺具有较高的处理豆制品废水的能力,在发酵温度为35℃、进水COD浓度为10000mg L^(-1)左右、产甲烷反应器回流比为0.5的运行条件下,系统的有效容积负荷率可达20.8kgCOD m^(-3)·d^(-1),COD去除率为87.3%,相应的水力停留时间为11.4h。
In this paper, study on treating soybean wastewater under the condition of two-phase anaerobic digestion with return flow was conducted. The experimental results showed that the process was quite promising for soybeanwastewater treatment. At a ferment temperature 35℃, under conditions of inflow COD concentration about l0000mg L-1 and the return flow ratio 0.5 for the methanogenic reactor, the efficient volumetric loading rate of the system would increase up to 20.8kgCODm-3·d-1 with the COD removal efficiency 87.3% and hydraulic retention time 11.4h accordingly.
